Sales
At Solturo Management, we are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales professionals to join our Sales team. In this role, you will engage with U.S. clients, focusing on closing deals and driving business growth. You will be part of a fast-paced, multicultural environment where fluency in English is and additional languages are a strong plus.
Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls, focusing on closing deals and generating revenue.

Present and explain our services effectively, identifying business opportunities.

Handle objections and negotiate with confidence.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Adapt communication style to different customer profiles to maximize conversions.
Requirements

Fluency in English, + an additional language (preferred).

Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service, preferably in a call center environment.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Experience working with U.S. customers is preferred.

Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
