Sales

At Solturo Management, we are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales professionals to join our Sales team. In this role, you will engage with U.S. clients, focusing on closing deals and driving business growth. You will be part of a fast-paced, multicultural environment where fluency in English is and additional languages are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls, focusing on closing deals and generating revenue.

  • Present and explain our services effectively, identifying business opportunities.

  • Handle objections and negotiate with confidence.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Adapt communication style to different customer profiles to maximize conversions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, + an additional language (preferred).

  • Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service, preferably in a call center environment.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Experience working with U.S. customers is preferred.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

Working Hours

  • 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday

  • Location: Soho - Málaga, Spain
