• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive team performance and business growth.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

• Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance sales skills.

• Maintain strong relationships with U.S. clients, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

• Prepare reports on team performance, sales activities, and market trends for senior management.

• Optimize sales workflows using HubSpot and Monday.com to improve efficiency and tracking.

• Foster a dynamic and results-driven sales culture within the team.

• Oversee and execute comprehensive training programs to continuously improve the team's sales expertise and product knowledge.

• 5+ years of sales experience and managerial roles

• Experience in call centers and working with U.S. clients is preferred

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).

• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

• High proficiency in CRM and sales tools, especially HubSpot/Salesforce and Monday.com.
